• Payments are to be made on a monthly basis. Payments are due at the first lesson of the month.

  • Payments are to be made directly to the teacher. Generally accepted forms of payment are check or cash. Most teachers cannot accept credit cards.

  • When making the payment, if students know in advance that they will not be able to attend a lesson in the upcoming month, they are allowed one excused absence per month. Students should notify the teacher of the absence and withhold the amount of one lesson from their payment. This must be done at the first lesson of the month. After payment is made, the lesson times are reserved with the teacher and excused absences will not be granted due to student cancellation.

  • Students will not have to pay for lessons that are cancelled by the teacher.

  • If a lesson has been payed for and is cancelled by the teacher, the student will be given a credit for the following month.

  • Make up lessons are at the discretion of the teacher. For a make up lesson to be considered, the teacher must be given at least 24 hours notice of the student's absence and be able to arrange a make up time that is suitable with the teacher's schedule. Make up lessons are not guaranteed and will not be given to a student that cancels within 24 hours of the lesson.

Audio Recording Classes Now Offered

Audio Recording may require at least as much discipline and commitment as learning to play an instrument well. The number of skills involved and mental acuity needed is incomprehensible to the average person. The best way to learn this art is to sit at the feet of a person who has mastered the art and observe closely. Air House Music Academy offers the chance to have one-on-one instruction with someone who has spent years honing that craft.

Looking For Expression?

Play Jazz With Others

Some students understand from the first moment they play their instrument that they want to perform. Other students simply enjoy performing with a group of people. Air House is pleased to offer Jazz Ensembles guided by dedicated teachers who are well respected in the local jazz community. Here students are encouraged to learn how to listen to each other, while also gaining confidence and practice with improvisation and self-expression.
